Items purchased from Arthlife are eligible for return/exchange, if
returned within 7 days of delivery.

RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST

Terms for Exchange / Returns :

  • Orders can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
  • Products bought during seasonal sale can only be exchanged or refunded in the form of a store credit. The credit note issued would be valid for 15 Days from the date of issue.
  • Products purchased during a Flash Sale clearance sale will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • Oder refunds would be provided via store credit equivalent to the total
    order value which means no cash refunds to bank account .The store
    credit issued would be valid for 15
    days from the date of issue.
  • Once a product has been returned or exchanged, it is not eligible for
    further returns or exchanges.
  • Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way it was delivered.

    In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it' sless, the same can be refunded to you as store credit.

    Return Pickup :
  • Reverse pickups are available at an additional cost of Rs. 150, which will be deducted as return handling charges. This fee is charged to us by our logistics partners.
  • Return pick up service process takes 12 working days to get done completely.
  • For international order returns, the customer must pay the shipping charges (inclusive of customs duty or any other charges that may apply) for the product to be shipped back to our Indian Warehouse. The Exchange will be processed once we've received the product back.
  • You can courier the product to our address. The exchange will be processed after review. If the item shows signs of wear, washing, or defects, it will be returned, and the exchange/store credit will not be processed.

    What is store credit:
  • A credit note is a refund method where the amount is credited to your account instead of being refunded to your original payment method. It can be used to purchase any item on our website within 15 days from the date of issue.
  • Credit notes are initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check, which typically takes 6–10 working days.

    Store credits are automatically applied to your account & can be applied
    during checkout. If you face any issue while applying store credit please write
